In order for us to get gift items delivered on time, we run to tight deadlines and it is not always possible to make changes or stop an order from going out.
If you are looking to:
- change your delivery date,
- change the recipient details
- change the gift message
- cancel an order, or item

Is it the date of delivery?
SAME DAY DELIVERY: You can make change to your order recipient details or change the gift message before 8am but unfortunately we have no way to stopping and cancel your order.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Unfortunately we have no way either to change any to your order and also we can't stop and cancelling your order.
Is it after 12pm (noon) on the working day before delivery?
You can make changes to your order recipient details or change the gift message but unfortunately we have no way of stopping and cancelling your order.
Is it before 12pm (noon), the working day before delivery?
We will endeavour to get this changed for you
Is it 2 days or more before delivery?
No problem, we'll do this for you now and let you know as soon as it's done!
Please note, if you are looking to add items to your order, we would suggest you place a new order with the items in question.
