Regional information: In 1999, we began the organic viticulture project in 100 acres from Chimbarongo vineyards in Colchagua Valley. In 2003, after a 3 year transition period, we produced our first certified wine made from organically grown grapes. Since then, 780 acres of different varieties have been added to the organic program.
Vinification: Made from hand picked grapes.
